Refund policy

Because our products are food items and are made to order, returns are not accepted.

Custom cakes / weddings / special events

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

• If you cancel, you forfeit the deposit. Any funds paid after the deposit will be refunded.

• We request at least six months’ notice for wedding/special event cancellations when possible.

• Rescheduled/postponed/cancelled events may include a change-of-date/reschedule fee up to $250.

Delivery damage (only if delivery was arranged separately)

• If an accident happens during delivery and the cake is irreparable, we refund the full amount.

• After the cake is delivered and we leave the premises, we are no longer liable for damage.
