Our Story
Jenny’s story started with a dream: a stunning wedding cake, a room full of smiles, and the feeling that something sweet could create real joy.
In 2008, she woke up and got to work, buying supplies and baking her first small fondant cake in one long, determined day. That spark became a craft. Jenny earned her Baking & Pastry Arts degree from Orange Coast College, trained alongside top cake artists (including Christopher Garren from WE TV’s Amazing Wedding Cakes), and learned to adapt her artistry in every environment.
In 2015, she returned to California and opened IntriCakes, a boutique studio for wedding cakes, celebration cakes, and bold candies with a sour (and sometimes spicy) twist.
Today, everything we make is designed with intention, finished with care, and made to be part of the memory.
